If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion to us for a refund, less shipping charges. On accessories such as shave sets or hair brushes, however, they must be returned to us in their original condition (unopened/unused) unless the product was defective or damaged in shipping, to receive a refund. Please include your shipping invoice.

We ship primarily using UPS ground service.  If the only available "Ship To" address is a post office box or an APO/FPO, we will ship parcel post.
